About the role

We are looking for a creative and motivated person to cover tasks of Producer, Content Manager, and Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for a student seeking flexible hours and an opportunity to gain experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing.

Summary of the Job

Your role will involve brainstorming topics based on the manager’s expertise and leading interview-style video recording sessions. You’ll then transform this content into posts, videos, potential podcasts, video shorts/TikToks, and more. You’ll create visually appealing covers, schedule everything, and ensure high-quality content delivery. This position exists because there’s no time to handle all these tasks internally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • This includes brainstorming topics, preparing questions, and conducting interviews with the manager.
  • Process the video/audio material into various formats (podcasts, posts, shorts, videos, etc.).
  • Research and stay updated on engineering management, product management, artificial intelligence, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Assist in preparing interview questions and moderating podcasts.
  • Edit video content for both long-form YouTube videos and short clips for social media.
  • Design professional, high-standard visuals for posts.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent quality and frequency.
  • Identify and contact potential podcast guests and explore opportunities for the manager to appear on other podcasts.
  • Contribute to marketing projects and optimize content creation workflows.
  • (Optional) Create, write, and manage newsletters.


Job Requirement

  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Interest in technology, engineering management, and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience with social media platforms and video editing tools, or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and an understanding of content marketing.
